ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff: (1) a set of forms needed to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (for non-prisoners); and (2) a civil rights complaint form (for non-prisoners) in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983. This case number should be written on both forms and Amended Complaint should be written on the complaint form. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall either pay the $405 filing fee or file a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Any motion must include the signature required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 and N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 5.1(E). Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file either a notice of voluntary dismissal or an amended complaint. If Plaintiff files an amended complaint, it must: (1) be submitted on the Court form; (2) be either typed or clearly written; (3) not exceed 25 pages; (4) include the signature required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 and N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 5.1(E); and (5) correct the deficiencies identified in this Order. (IFP/Fee due by 1/10/2025., Amended complaint due by 1/10/2025.)
