Plaintiff shall take nothing further by this action and goes without day. 4.) Plaintiff's Motions To Amend Complaint and for Joinder (docs. 44 , 48 , 56 ) are DENIED. 5.) All remaining pending motions are DENIED as moot. As all claims are resolved as against all parties in this case, the Clerk of Court is directed to enter final judgment and close this case.
