ORDER granting 58 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants are jointly and severally liable for the damages, totaling $188,060.43. The amount continues to accrue interest at the per diem rate of $21.9264. Plaintiffs a re also entitled to attorneys fees and costs pursuant to Local Rule 54.1 and shall file a motion for attorneys fees and costs not later than May 1, 2013. Additionally, although this case is consolidated with the Quail Lake case, Case No. 3:12-cv-132, there is no just reason for delay for entry of judgment in this case. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(b).
