January 24, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. Plaintiff's second motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #11 ) is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff may proceed with this case without prepaying the entire filing fee. The clerk of court is directed to assess Plaintiff an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $7.67 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The total filing fee for this case is $350.00. Plaintiff must pay the initial partial filing fee within thirty days of the date of this order. A check from a penal institution, a cashier's check, or a money order must be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court." After Plaintiff pays the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff must make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding months income (that is, all funds deposited into his inmate account) in each case he has filed in this court. The clerk of court is directed to mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to the Florida Department of Corrections, 501 South Calhoun St., Tallahassee, FL 32399-2500, Attention: Agency Clerk.
