ORDER re #1 Complaint. The clerk of the court shall send to Plaintiff: a. a notice of voluntary dismissal form; b. a civil rights complaint for use by prisoners; and c. a form application to proceed in forma pauperis. This case number shall be written on the forms. If Plaintiff desires to proceed in this action, on or before 7/26/2024, Plaintiff shall: a. pay the $405 filing fee or submit a properly completed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis; and b. file an amended complaint on the Northern District form, titled First Amended Complaint. If Plaintiff no longer desires to proceed in this action, on or before July 26, 2024, Plaintiff shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
