The Notice states that the "parties agree to mediate this case with Mediator, Rusty Perez on a date and time to be determined." Notice at 1. But #9 our Order Setting Trial and Pre-Trial Schedule, Requiring Mediation, and Referring Certain Matters to Magistrate Judge ("Case Management Order") requires that the parties tell us "a time, date, and place of mediation."
