Filing 7 ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS AND ESTABLISHING A DEBT OF $350 (DE #6 ). Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (DE #6 ) is GRANTED. On or before NOVEMBER 23, 2021, Plaintiff shall pay $43.00 (20% of $215.00, the average six-month deposits) as a partial filing fee in this case. Plaintiff need not prepay costs for service of process. Plaintiff owes the United States a debt of $350.00 which must be paid to the Clerk of the Court as funds become available. The jail/prison having custody of Plaintiff shall make the initial $43.00 payment from the Plaintiff's inmate account statement to the Clerk of Court on or before the NOVEMBER 23, 2021 due date. Thereafter, the jail/prison having custody of Plaintiff must make payments from the prisoner's account to the Clerk of this Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 until the full filing fee of $350.00 is paid.
