Filing 15 PAPERLESS ORDER: The Court grants #11 counsel's motion to appear pro hac vice. Timothy Devlin, of Devlin Law Firm LLC, is given permission to appear and participate in this matter as co-counsel on behalf of the Plaintiff based on his good-standing status with the Delaware bar. The Clerk is directed to provide this attorney with notification of all electronic filings via the email address set forth in the motion. Concurrently, the Court acknowledges the Clerk's October 27, 2021, notice regarding Devlin's lack of good standing with the State of New York and District of Columbia bars. In light of those issues, in order to maintain his pro hac vice status with this Court, Devlin must file monthly status reports, beginning on December 15, 2021, disclosing the status of his suspensions and the efforts he is making to resolve his lack of good standing with those bars. If Devlin fails to comply, the Court will withdraw his pro hac vice status in this Court. Signed by Judge Robert N. Scola, Jr. (kbe) |
