PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Duplicate Filing (DE #5 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff acknowledges, due to administrative error at counsel's office, this action is a duplicate case to one assigned to U.S. District Judge Darrin P. Gayles, Friedberg v. Seven Seas Cruises S. DE R.L., LLC et al., Case No. 24-cv-22318-DPG (S.D. Fla.). Accordingly, Plaintiff requests the Court dismiss this duplicate action without prejudice in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). Upon review of the Motion and the record, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion (DE #5 ) is GRANTED. This action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
