Filing 8 ORDER. The Motion (ECF No. #6 ) is DENIED. Movant's amended motion must be filed and docketed within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. No further extensions shall be granted. The Clerk's Office is INSTRUCTED to send another copy of the prescribed form to Movant. The amended motion shall not exceed twenty (20) pages, inclusive of any supporting memorandum. Further, the amended motion shall not refer to the Motion or incorporate by reference claims raised or arguments made therein. Likewise, the amended motion shall not incorporate by reference arguments or text from any other documents, including any exhibits. Failure to comply with these or any other directives, as the Court has repeatedly warned, shall result in dismissal.
