The Parties notified the Court that they have settled this matter (DE #8 ), and the Court congratulates them on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. The Parties shall file appropriate closing documents within 10 days, or no later than April 14, 2022. The Parties' request that they be excused from "fil[ing] any further responses, motions and/or pleadings" is denied. This Court does not view the Notice of Settlement as cause to stay ongoing litigation, and therefore until closing documents are filed, the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
