January 2, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ENDORSED ORDER. On December 7, 2017, the Court ordered the Parties to file a Joint Status Report. (DE 11 ). The Parties did not comply with this Order, and instead Plaintiffs Ryan Hoffman and Britt Holm filed Stipulations of Dismissal with Prejudice (DE #12 , #13 ), which the Court rejected (DE #14 ). Plaintiffs subsequently filed a Notice of Settlement on December 15, 2017, that included all Plaintiffs. (DE #15 ). However, on December 29, 2017, only two of the Plaintiffs, Ryan Hoffman and Britt Holm, filed a Joint Motion for Settlement Approval and to Dismiss with Prejudice (DE #17 ). Since the Parties did not comply with the Court's original Order (DE 11 ), the Court is unaware of the status of Plaintiffs Doug Spandau and David Hoffman's claims in this matter.
