| Evidentiary Hearing set for 1/25/2023 10:00 AM in Albany before US DISTRICT JUDGE LESLIE ABRAMS GARDNER. NOTICE OF SETTING hearing. Hearing will occur IN-PERSON. Counsel, parties, and members of the public and press should review Standing Order 2022-03, available on the courts website, regarding courthouse entrance procedures due to COVID-19. No one will be admitted into the courtroom without wearing a mask, and the mask shall remain in place, including when speaking, unless directed otherwise by the court. Furthermore, in-person attendance at court proceedings shall be limited to counsel of record, criminal defendants, up to six (6) visitors per criminal defendant, case agents, victims, parties to civil proceedings, and media representatives. If witnesses are anticipated, counsel shall confer with the court in advance of the hearing. Remote access information is available to the public in the event that socially distanced in-person attendance is not possible.
