ORDER granting in part and denying in part 10 Motion to Stay. It is hereby ORDERED: (1) Defendants shall no later than April 25, 2011 comply with Local Rules 16.2 and 26.1; and (2) Defendants shall respond to Plaintiffs discovery requests no later than 20 calendar days after the date of issuance of the Court's Orders on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 2 , Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand 4 and Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue 9 .
