ORDER: Even construing Plaintiff's complaint liberally and in the light most favorable to her, she fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted and her complaint must be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court will grant Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within 14 days from the date of this Order. If Plaintiff files such an amended complaint, the Clerk is DIRECTED to reopen the case and resubmit the matter to the Court for a frivolity review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B).
