November 5, 2018 Opinion or Order (Contained w/in #3 Final R & R) ORDER that Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis IS GRANTED. (Doc. #1 ). Therefore, this action shall proceed as any other civil action, and Plaintiff shall be allowed to proceed without prepayment of a filing fee. Because Plaintiff is proceeding pro se, the Court will allow her one opportunity to replead her Complaint to cure its deficiencies with respect to her claims against Megan J. Brennan in her capacity as Postmaster General. Plaintiff must file an Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the entry date of this Order and Report and Recommendation. Plaintiffs Amended Complaint must ( 1) address the shortcomings noted herein; (2) comply with the pleading requirements of Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and (3) include the factual background setting forth specific, non-conclusory factual allegations which suggest sufficient factual support for Plaintiffs claims to make them plausible. Plaintifrs failure to timely file her repleaded Complaint and cure the aforementioned deficiencies will result in this Court's recommendation that her lawsuit be dismissed.
