ORDER DENYING AS MOOT #18 Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss Claims and #19 Motion to Dismiss. Further, the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART #24 Motion to Compel and Dismiss. Specifically, the Court grants Defendant's motion to compel arbitration, but denies Defendant's motion to dismiss claims. The Court DIRECTS Defendants to initiate any arbitration within 60 days.
