June 17, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER GRANTING #1 In Forma Pauperis and allowing case to proceed without prepayment of costs or service fees. The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to send plaintiff the USM 285 form, summons, and the initial disclosures form. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to complete service forms and return to Clerk within 20 days. Plaintiff is warned that failure to comply in a timely manner could result in the dismissal of this civil action.
