ORDER granting #2 Motion to Stay Pending Arbitration. This case shall be stayed pending the conclusion of the arbitration. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to provide the Court with a status update on October 10, 2019, and every 90 days thereafter, until the conclusion of the arbitration. Plaintiff is further directed to notify the Court within five days of the conclusion of the arbitration. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case for administrative purposes pending resolution of the arbitration. The action may be reopened upon request of either party.
