ORDER granting #9 Motion to Stay Certain Pretrial and Discovery Deadlines. The parties' deadline to conduct the Rule 26(f) Early Planning Conference is EXTENDED until 16 days after the District Judge's final ruling on the last of the three pending motions to dismiss. The deadline to file the Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan is EXTENDED until 14 days after the parties hold the Rule 26(f) conference. The discovery period shall commence on the date of the District Judge's final order on the last of the three currently pending motions to dismiss and shall expire four months thereafter. the Clerk is DIRECTED to update Plaintiff's address on the docket to 79 Gold Creek Court, Dawsonville, GA 30534, and to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff at this Dawsonville address. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a notice on the docket in this Court within fourteen (14) days after the date of this Order stating her telephone number and confirming her current address.
