Upon consideration of the parties' motion, and for good cause shown, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted.The Secretary of State, his agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and other persons who are in active concern or participation with him, are hereby ENJOINED from enforcing O.C.G.A. 21-4-10 and 21-4-8(e) to the extent that they require circulators a recall petition to be electors of the electoral district of the officer sought to be recalled. It is further ORDERED that the Secretary shall provide a copy of this order to any person who assists him in verifying signatures on the Barnhill recall petition. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiffs' motion for a temporary restraining order (ECF #2 ) is DENIED AS MOOT, and the order setting a hearing on that motion (ECF #8 ) is vacated.
