ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Defendant's #13 Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative for a More Definite Statement. Specifically, the Court denies Defendant's request for dismissal of Plaintiff's Count III-Quantum Meruit; Count IV-Unjust Enrichment; Count V-Attorney's Fees and Expenses of Litigation; and Plaintiff's "extracontractual" damages. However, the Court grants Defendant's request for a more definite statement with regards to Count I-Breach of Written Contract and Count II-Breach of Express Oral Contract. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiff to file an amended complaint providing a more definite statement of its breach of contract claims within twenty-one (21) days from the date of entry of this order.
