ORDER: This case comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Interim Lead Counsel, Interim Liaison Counsel and Interim Executive Committee #16 . The Court has reviewed the motion and sees no issues with the proffered qualifications, resources and experience of the attorneys. The Court has some concerns, however, as to the need for so many lawyers and layers of lawyer management. As Plaintiffs counsel may at some point request reimbursement for attorney's fees in this case, it will be important for counsel to use lawyer resources in a reasonable manner. As this is only a request for appointment of Interim Class Counsel pursuant to Rule 23(g)(3), the Court GRANTS this unopposed motion. The Court will make further inquiries and consider any future objections at the time counsel moves to be appointed as class counsel.
