Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for IFP status #2 is GRANTED, and he is ORDERED to pay an initial partial filing fee of $13.00 within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. If this Court determines at a later point in the proceedings that appointment of counsel is warranted, it will sua sponte reconsider his request. The warden, or his designee, shall collect the aforementioned $13.00 initial partial filing fee and the monthly payments from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Plaintiff is further ORDERED to submit an Amended Complaint within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order. Plaintiff may not incorporate by reference any portion of his original Complaint into the Amended Complaint. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to (1) send Plaintiff a blank copy of thisCourts Bivens complaint and resubmit to the undersigned Magistrate Judge.
