ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis: This action shall go forward as any other civil case, and Plaintiff is allowed to proceed without prepayment of a filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to complete the summons and to effect service of the complaint and summons as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i). The Clerk is DIRECTED to send one copy of the summons and complaint by certified or registered mail to the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, the Attorney General of the United States, and the Social Security Administration's Office of the Regional Counsel. Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve upon each Defendant or counsel for Defendant, via hand-delivery or first-class mail, a copy of every further pleading, motion, or other document that Plaintiff submits to the Clerk of Court. Plaintiff is also ORDERED to keep the Court and Defendants advised of Plaintiff's current address and telephone number at all times during the pendency of this action.
