On October 18, 2021, plaintiff pro se, Christopher Earl Peek, submitted the instant IFP Application, asserting his inability to pay the $402 filing fee. (IFP Application 1.) Plaintiff avers that he has earned $300 a month on average over the past 12 months but expects to earn $2,500 next month (i.e., November 2021). (Id. at 1-2.) Plaintiff's purported monthly expenses total $6,100.1 (Id. at 4-5.) Additionally, plaintiff maintains $700 in a checking account and reports owning $856,000 in assets. (Id. at 2-3.)
