Defendants Motions to Dismiss 27 33 are DENIED as to Counts I-VI and Count VIII and GRANTED as to Count VII. Leave to amend the Complaint to add Lopez as a plaintiff is DENIED and Defendants Motion for Attorneys Fees 50 is DENIED. Those Defendants who have not filed an Answer shall file their Answers within 20 days of the entry of this Order.
