ORDERED that this Court finds that Plaintiff has alleged a viable cause of action under § 1983 based on the deprivation of her hijab at the Barrow County Jail. That claim is ALLOWED TO PROCEED as in any other civil action. However, because Plain tiff has not set forth any action taken by Joel Robinson in violation of her legal rights, Mr. Robinson is DISMISSED from this action. Plaintiff SHALL complete a USM 285 forms and summons for each Defendant, complete the initial disclosures form, and return all of the forms to the Clerk of Court within 20 days of the entry date of this Order. Plaintiff is warned that failure to comply in a timely manner could result in the dismissal of this civil action. Plaintiff also SHALL keep the Court and e ach Defendant advised of his current address at all times during the pendency of this action. Plaintiff is admonished that the failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this action. Signed by Judge Richard W. Story on 11/16/2009.
