ORDER: Defendant PSEs Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint [21-1] is DENIED as to Count I; DENIED as to Count II; DENIED as to Count III, and GRANTED with prejudice as to claims against PSE in Count IV. Plaintiffs have fourteen days from th e date of entry of this Order to file an amended complaint, should they so choose. If so, Defendants must then file an answer or a motion to dismiss within twenty-one days thereafter. If Plaintiffs elect not to file a timely amended complaint, the stay will be lifted and the parties shall proceed with discovery pursuant to the Courts March 23, 2018 Order 17 .
