ORDER directing Daker to show cause why a contempt sanction, to be paid from a contempt bond in the amount of $1500, should not be assessed against him. The Clerk is directed to place this Order, Daker's Response to this Order, as well as any other paper filed by Daker in Case No. 6:25-mc-1. As to any of Daker's future filings, the Clerk shall open a single miscellaneous file and forward the filing to the presiding judge, who will determine whether the filing has any arguable me rit. Only if the filing alleges a plausible claim for relief and complies with the Court's permanent injunction, will the Court allow it to be filed. Any filings that fail to do so will be dismissed without any further judicial action after 30 days from the date the Clerk receives the filing unless the Court orders otherwise. If no Order is forthcoming, the Clerk shall notify Daker his motion, petition or case has been dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk shall not docket any further filings in any of Daker's closed cases except for a notice of appeal. The Clerk shall personally advise each deputy clerk of the Court's ruling in this case and forward this Order to each judicial officer in this district. This Order shall be filed in all of Daker's closed cases. Daker may file a motion to modify or rescind the imposition of these restrictions no earlier than 1 year from the date of this Order. ORDER ADOPTING 10 Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as the opinion of the Court and OVERRULES Plaintiff's Objections. Accordingly the Court DENIES Plaintiff's 6 Motion for TRO/Preliminary Injunction and request for decla ratory judgment.
