Decision and Order OVERRULING 86 Objection to Report and Recommendation; ADOPTING IN FULL 78 Report and Recommendations; GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART 49 Amended Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim for his activities related to his allegations of employment discrimination by UOG may proceed. Plaintiff's First Amendment retaliation claim is dismissed without prejudice and Plaintiff is granted leave to amend that claim.
