The Court FINDS that, on remand, the ALJ must find that, as of the date of the ALJ Decision, Plaintiff was unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of her medically determinable physical and mental impairments. Further, the Court REMANDS the instant case to the Social Security Administration for further proceedings on the following: 1) determ ination of whether Plaintiff meets the duration requirement; and 2) if Plaintiff meets the duration requirement, calculation of benefits.
