If Gatewood chooses this option, the Court will order the U.S. Marshal to serve the Complaint at Gatewood's direction as to those claims.(4) The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail Gatewood a prisoner civil rights complaint form so that he can comply with the directions in this Order.
