In light of these rulings, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Adju dication, filed September 18, 2017, is also GRANTED.There being no remaining issues in this case, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk's Office to enter judgment and close the case on July 16, 2018, unless a motion for reconsideration of this Order is filed not more than 14 days after this Court's written Order is filed.
