January 11, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 INITIAL REVIEW ORDER The Clerk of Court shall consolidate Federal Case 4:20-cv-00599 and Federal Case 4:20-cv-00600 into this action. Petitioner must either paying the filing fee of $402 for this consolidated action or submit an in forma pauperis application within 14 days after entry of this Order. Petitioner's Petition for Removal (Dkt.1 in Federal Case 4:20-cv-00598-BLW) is DENIED, and State Case CV26-19-0836 is summarily remanded to the Judicial District Court, Jefferson County, Idaho, for all further proceedings. Petitioner's Petitions for Removal (Dkts. 1 and 2 in Federal Case 4:20-cv-000599-BLW) is DENIED in part as to State Case CV26-20-626 and State Case CV26-20-750. These cases are summarily remanded to the Seventh Judicial District Court, Jefferson County, Idaho, for all further proceedings. Petitioner shall have 14 days after entry of this Order in which to file a "Notice of Compliance with Removal Statute," to which is attached the Complaint or Petition that was filed in the following cases: (1) Idaho CV 26-20-749, (2) Wyoming Case CV-2020-30, (3) Idaho Case CV-2018-537, and (4) Idaho Case 48192-2020. Alternatively, she can withdraw her requests for removal if adequate grounds for removal do not exist, including meeting the 30-days-after-service deadline. The Clerk of Court shall send a separate copy of this Order, clearly marked for filing in each of the following state cases, to the Clerk of Court for the Seventh Judicial District Court in Jefferson County, Idaho: State Case CV26-19-0836, State Case CV 26-230-626, and State Case CV-26-20-750..
