The caption of the Complaint #1 identifies the Urbana Division, Defendant Abada Health Source, LLC is alleged to have its principal place of business and its managers in Champaign Illinois, and Defendant Abada is alleged to do business as Medplus Pharmacy #2 in Danville, Illinois. Both Champaign (Champaign County) and Danville (Vermilion County), Illinois are located in the Urbana Division of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. See Local Rule 40.1(D).
