TEXT ORDER Entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 11/18/21. The Court has been notified that Petitioners scanning facility was not added to the docket correctly. Therefore, the Clerks Office has now sent a complete docket sheet to Petitioner both by mail and via his facilitys scanning program. The Court will also reset the deadline for Petitioner to pay the filing fee. Petitioner is granted 30 days from the date of this Order in which to pay the filing fee of $5.00 or to file a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. If Petitioner fails to pay the required filing fee or file a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis within 30 days, his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus #1 will be dismissed without prejudice by this court.
