April 20, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER granting #2 Plaintiff's Petition to Proceed In Forma Pauperis entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 4/20/2022. Having reviewed Plaintiff's Complaint and found it sufficient under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) and Civil LR 8.1, and having found Plaintiff's affidavit demonstrates an inability to prepay the filing fee, the Court grants Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk SHALL serve the Complaint and summons on the Social Security Administration and United States Attorney pursuant to Civil LR 8.1(C)(1). The Clerk SHALL also deliver the Complaint and summons to the United States Marshal, who is DIRECTED to serve it on the Attorney General in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(i)(1)(B). Defendant SHALL file a responsive pleading and transcript of the administrative proceedings within 120 days of the date of service. See Civil LR 8.1(D). (DRS)
