The Clerk of Court received returned mail from the Peoria County Jail stating Plaintiff is no longer there and has left no forwarding address. The court's search of the IDOC online offender database does not list Plaintiff. Peoria County, Illinois, case records do not list Plaintiff. This district's federal criminal case records do not list Plaintiff. Central District of Illinois Local Rule 16.3(K) mandates, "every pro se plaintiff must notify the clerk of this court in writing of any change of address during the entire pendency of" the case. Plaintiff shall, no later than 14 days from the date of this notice, file a notice of change of address with the Clerk. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action without prejudice.
