TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff's Complaint #1 does not identify in the caption the division of this Court in which the case is pending and does not include, as part of the statement of jurisdiction, the basis for filing in the Peoria Division. See Civil LR 40.1(E), (F). The allegations of the Complaint include that the Plaintiff was injured while at or near Galesburg, Illinois and that the Defendant is a common carrier by rail engaged in interstate business in various states of the U.S. including Galesburg, Illinois and the United States Central District of Illinois. Galesburg is in Knox County, Illinois which is within the Rock Island Division of this Court. See Civil LR 40.1(C). The Plaintiff is therefore ordered to show cause in writing, by 1/13/2023, why this case should not be transferred to the Rock Island Division of this Court. Entered by Magistrate Judge Jonathan E.
