TEXT ORDER: Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(d), the Court GRANTS a temporary restraining order to stay the execution of the expedited removal order against Petitioner, Elvin Alvarado Vega. Petitioner has filed a petition for habeas corpus #1 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 and, based upon review of this petition, it does not appear that Petitioner should be removed without review. The Court further orders that Petitioner is not to be removed from the Jerome Combs Detention Center and specifically binds Chad Kolitwenzew, Chief of Corrections, Jerome Combs Detention Center, the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Marshals, and the Attorneys in this case until further court order. Additionally, this Court will designate the United States as an Interested Party in this case. The U.S. Attorney's Office is hereby designated to represent the United States in this case. This matter is set for a Status Hearing on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1 in Springfield before Judge Sue E.
