TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge James E. Shadid on 11/7/2018. Plaintiff has filed a motion asking the Court to reconsider the denial of his IFP status. #7 . Plaintiff explains he has no objection to paying the initial partial filing fee and he has now paid the $400 filing fee in full. However, Plaintiff says if he is not granted IFP status, then Plaintiff would have to pay the serve the Defendants and he would have to pay any appeal fees. The Court will still send notice of lawsuit and waiver of service forms to Defendants after the Court enters a Merit Review Order. In addition, IFP status at the inception of a lawsuit does not automatically waive any appeal fees. Plaintiff is still required to file a motion to proceed IFP on appeal. Therefore, Plaintiff's motion is denied. #7 (JS, ilcd)
