TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 1/27/2020. Plaintiff files #3 , a petition to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). Plaintiff reveals, however, that he has received funds from two cases, not disclosing the particulars of each or the amounts received in each, though instructed to do so. The Court notes, further, that Plaintiff has similarly failed to provide sufficient information as to these two cases in his litigation history. Plaintiff is, within 21 days, to provide the particulars of each lawsuit including a description of the claim and any amount received in settlement. As Plaintiff has over $4,000 in his prison trust fund, he is easily able to pay the $400 filing fee in full and is to do so within 30 days. #3 is DENIED. The failure to pay the filing fee will result in the dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's motion for recruitment of pro bono counsel #5 is DENIED with leave to reassert after the Court has conducted a merit review of the complaint.(SAG, ilcd)
