| TEXT ORDER BY RICHARD MILLS, United States District Judge: This matter is before the Court following a Notice of Appeal #1 from the United States Bankruptcy Court. The Appellees have filed a Notice of Indicative Ruling Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8008(c) #6 stating that United States Bankruptcy Judge Mary P. Gorman has entered an Order granting the Joint Motion of James R. Inghram, Chapter 7 Trustee, Williamsville State Bank & Trust and S.P. Richards Company seeking an indicative ruling that the bankruptcy court will approve the proposed compromise if this Court remands the matter to the bankruptcy court. Accordingly, this case is REMANDED to the United States Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8008(c), the Court will retain jurisdiction of this appeal until the bankruptcy court has ruled on the proposed compromise on remand. The Parties shall notify the Court when the bankruptcy court has ruled on the proposed compromise on remand. Entered on 11/13/2020. (MJC, ilcd) |
