McNaught on 12/12/2024: Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 is GRANTED for the reasons stated therein. Plaintiff has filed an application in which he declares under penalty of perjury that his monthly expenses exceed his income; his family receives food benefits; he has negligible savings; and he has minor children living in his home. The Court is satisfied plaintiff meets the requirements for pauper status. Plaintiff is not required to pay the filing fee in this case. The Clerk shall file plaintiff's complaint and is directed to transmit a Notice of Electronic Filing to the appropriate office within the Social Security administration Office of General Counsel and to the Office of the United States Attorney for the Central District of Illinois. No summons and copy of the complaint is required to be served under Civil Rule 4. (DW)
