Also before the Court is Petitioner's original Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 To Vacate, Set Aside, Or Correct Sentence 1 . That document is moot because the Court accepts the Amended Motion as properly filed. The Clerk shall terminate it from the electronic docket. This civil action is now TERMINATED. (TK, ilcd)
