("Motorola") are hereby ordered not to disclose any of Plaintiff's confidential information to Defendants Nokia Siemens Networks US LLC and Nokia Siemens Networks B.V. ("NSN"). Defendants are ordered to provide the Court and Plaintiff with immediate written notice of any action taken by MOFCOM concerning the pending transaction between Motorola and NSN. Such notice should be received by the Court and Plaintiff within 24 hours of Motorola's receipt of notice of MOFCOM's decision. Plaintiff and Motorola are ordered to agree upon the terms of a protective order and submit their proposed order to the Court's proposed order mailbox within 24 hours. The Court grants Plaintiff's oral motion to file eleven declarations under seal. Plaintiff is ordered to send a proposed order identifying the eleven declarations to the Court's proposed order mailbox and the declarations are to remain under seal for a maximum of 14 days.
