MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated, Plaintiffs' "Motion... for Rule 23 Class Certification" 162 is denied, and Comcast's "Motion for FLSA Decertification" 169 is granted. This case is decertified a s a collective action and the claims of the opt-in plaintiffs and unnamed class members are dismissed without prejudice. The case is set for status on June 18, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., at which time the parties should be prepared to discuss how to move forward with the Named Plaintiffs' individual claims.
