The court authorizes and orders prison officials to begin making monthly deductions toward payment of the filing fee in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund supervisor at the Western Illinois Correctional Center. However, the complaint is summarily dismissed on initial review pu rsuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A for failure to state an actionable federal claim. The case is terminated. The plaintiff's motions for appointment of counsel # 4 and for service of process at government expense # 5 are denied as moot. Leinenweber on 10/2/2012: The plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis # 3 is denied, without prejudice. The plaintiff is directed to submit a renewed i.f.p. petition that is certified by a t rust fund officer; he must also attach copies of his prison trust fund ledgers showing his income for the six months preceding the filing of this action [that is, from March 25, 2012, through September 25, 2012]. Failure to comply within thirty day s of the date of this order will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk is directed to provide the plaintiff with a blank i.f.p. petition along with a copy of this order.
