Enter MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER: For the following reasons, Defendant AB Sciexs motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff IETs antitrust claims (Counts I, II and V) are dismissed without prejudice. The motion to dismis s the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act claim (Count III), the Illinois Uniform Deceptive Trades Practices Act claim (Count IV), and the tortious interference with a prospective economic advantage claim (Count VI) is denied. If Plaintiff intends to amend its pleading, the amended complaint shall be filed within fourteen days of the entry of this Order. Signed by the Honorable Virginia M.
